Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Dependability and attention to detail
  • Customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Flexible schedule willing and able to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned guest rooms
  • Use appropriate cleaning agents, supplies, and equipment
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages observed in guest rooms
  • Communicate effectively with guests to address their needs and inquiries
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene standards consistently
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
