In this role, your responsibilities will include cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms efficiently and in compliance with hotel standards and procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized linen cart, reporting maintenance issues you observe within guest rooms, safeguarding equipment, keys, and supplies, and handling lost and found items appropriately. Prompt and courteous responses to guest requests are vital components of providing an exceptional guest experience.
