We are currently seeking both part-time and full-time Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards that our guests expect when staying with us. As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, you will be directly involved in making our hotel feel like home to countless travelers by ensuring every guest room is spotless, well-stocked, and welcoming. Your efforts will significantly contribute to the overall guest experience by creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that allows guests to relax and enjoy their stay.

The Housekeeping position at Springhill Suites Boise Parkcenter demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work. Your daily responsibilities will involve cleaning guest rooms thoroughly, including wiping surfaces, dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking supplies. Additionally, you will be responsible for removing trash and adhering to environmentally friendly practices taught by the hotel. This role requires good communication skills to interact positively with guests and colleagues, as you will often encounter guests needing assistance or a friendly smile. Collaboration with the maintenance team and other departments is also key to promptly addressing any issues such as broken or missing items in guest rooms.

We encourage applicants who are physically capable, as the job requires continuous movement, including bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 25 pounds. Standing and walking throughout the entire shift and performing repetitive motions are part of the daily work routine. Ideal candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays, especially Saturdays and Sundays, to meet our guests’ needs. Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
