Job Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior custodial experience preferred
- Ability to perform general custodial duties
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment necessary to perform the porter’s duties including backpack vacuum, pressure washer, hand blower, etc
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents)

Job Duties
- Work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times
- Perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas
- Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready
- Requisition housekeeping supplies as needed
- Perform other general janitorial duties as assigned
