In this role, the primary responsibility centers on maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of resident apartments and shared spaces throughout the community. This position is vital to ensuring that the living environment remains inviting, sanitary, and comfortable for all residents, guests, and staff. The cleaning associate will engage in general cleaning duties such as tidying hallways, apartments, and common areas, contributing directly to the community’s overall appearance and hygiene.

Additionally, the role extends to preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-ins, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness.
