In this role, the primary responsibility centers on maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of resident apartments and shared spaces throughout the community. This position is vital to ensuring that the living environment remains inviting, sanitary, and comfortable for all residents, guests, and staff. The cleaning associate will engage in general cleaning duties such as tidying hallways, apartments, and common areas, contributing directly to the community’s overall appearance and hygiene.

Additionally, the role extends to preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-ins, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness. Responding promptly and efficiently to resident and guest needs is a key component of the job, enhancing overall satisfaction and comfort within the community. The ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor across all interactions fosters a supportive and respectful atmosphere. This includes readiness to assist during resident emergencies if needed, demonstrating a commitment to resident safety and care.
