Job Description

Oak View Group (OVG) is a global leader in the premium live entertainment infrastructure and services industry, established in 2015. The company operates a vast platform that includes venue development and comprehensive capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. With a portfolio of seven world-class owned venues and a diverse client roster featuring some of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions spanning four continents, OVG has firmly positioned itself at the forefront of live entertainment innovation and infrastructure solutions. The company's dedication to delivering exceptional experiences through well-managed venues and events has made it a trusted partner within the global entertainment community.

The role of Housekeeper at Oak View Group is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and safety within the company’s facilities. This position is designed to ensure that every guest who visits an OVG-managed venue enjoys a clean, safe, and positive environment. The Housekeeper plays a critical support role, performing routine and specialized cleaning duties throughout the facility, including dusting, sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, and maintaining exterior areas. In addition to these cleaning responsibilities, the Housekeeper may assist with general facilities maintenance tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the venue.

This part-time position offers an hourly wage of $14.00 to $16.00, reflecting OVG's commitment to providing competitive pay aligned with the level of responsibilities. The job demands flexibility as shifts may occur during nights, weekends, and holidays due to the nature of event schedules. As part of OVG, the Housekeeper will also benefit from participation in the company’s 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, reflecting OVG’s commitment to employee financial wellness even in part-time roles. The position remains open through July 17th, 2026, offering a stable and ongoing opportunity for individuals seeking employment in the live entertainment venue management sphere.

The ideal candidate is someone who shows initiative, is willing to take on new responsibilities, and works collaboratively with others. While prior experience in housekeeping is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. Essential to the role is a customer service mindset, as the Housekeeper may interact with the public during events. Safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment are necessary skills, ensuring that all cleaning activities conform to health and safety standards. The Housekeeper will also be expected to report maintenance needs or damage, helping the supervisory staff maintain the facility’s condition. This role provides dynamic exposure to a fast-paced work environment, where the maintenance of cleanliness directly contributes to the overall guest experience and the reputation of Oak View Group.

At Oak View Group, there is a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion with a belief that diverse teams drive innovation, improve service, and elevate excellence. The company fosters an environment where different backgrounds are respected and celebrated, enhancing both employee and guest experiences.
