Currently, Concord Hospitality is hiring motivated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join their team. This full-time role is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that the company is known for. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms efficiently and thoroughly according to established hotel procedures and standards. The role requires maintaining an organized linen cart, restocking supplies as needed, and reporting any maintenance issues such as malfunctioning fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems promptly to hotel management. You will be entrusted with the security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you, emphasizing responsibility and trust. An important part of the position involves responding to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner, reinforcing a hospitable atmosphere throughout the property.
In addition to technical cleaning duties, Concord expects its Housekeepers to report lost and found items and to consistently uphold safety, sanitation, and guest service standards. The position demands physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment, along with the flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Job Duties
- clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- keep an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and orderly
- report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions or HVAC systems
- maintain security of equipment keys and supplies issued to you
- report lost and found articles to your supervisor
- respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
