The Bradley Center is currently seeking to hire a Housekeeper/Laundry Worker to join its dedicated team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards essential for a safe and therapeutic living environment. The service hours for this role are Saturday through Wednesday from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The Housekeeper/Laundry Worker will be responsible for ensuring that the facility remains sanitary at all times, helping to protect the health and well-being of the children and staff. The individual in this position will be tasked with completing laundry duties promptly and efficiently, ensuring bedding, clothing, and linens are cleaned and available to meet the center's operational needs. Additionally, the role involves monitoring cleaning supplies and related products to maintain adequate stock levels and support ongoing cleaning activities. This job requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness within a demanding residential setting. The Housekeeper/Laundry Worker will be an essential part of the team, contributing significantly to the overall mission of the Bradley Center by providing a clean, safe, and orderly environment conducive to healing and growth.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Relevant experience required
  • Experience in a hospital or nursing home environment preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance

Job Duties

  • Ensure sanitary conditions of the facility
  • Ensure laundry is completed in a timely manner
  • Monitor supplies and related cleaning products
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility
  • Adhere to safety and health regulations
  • Report maintenance issues
  • Support the team to create a safe environment
