With a competitive hourly pay rate of $16.00, this position operates primarily on a Monday to Friday schedule, with weekend duties assigned as needed. Housekeepers are entrusted with ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned thoroughly. This includes cleaning furniture, telephones, fixtures, walls, windows, window sills, blinds, and vents. Floors across all areas, including restrooms and break areas, require sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to uphold cleanliness standards. Restroom facilities must be cleaned and restocked to guarantee availability of necessary supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Other responsibilities include general cleaning, light floor care, special event set-up, and managing trash and recyclables effectively.

- 0 - 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
- Ability to safely operate, climb and perform work on ladders (1-2 stories) - 24-28ft
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds on a frequent basis

Job Duties
- Clean assigned areas including furniture, telephones, fixtures, walls, windows, window sills, blinds and vents
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum all area floors, rest rooms and break areas
- Clean rest room facilities and replenish supplies
- Perform general cleaning, light floor care and special event set ups
- Collect and remove trash and recyclables
- Other duties as assigned
