The role of Housekeeper at Associa is essential for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of their facilities. With a competitive hourly pay rate of $16.00, this position operates primarily on a Monday to Friday schedule, with weekend duties assigned as needed. Housekeepers are entrusted with ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned thoroughly. This includes cleaning furniture, telephones, fixtures, walls, windows, window sills, blinds, and vents. Floors across all areas, including restrooms and break areas, require sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to uphold cleanliness standards. Restroom facilities must be cleaned and restocked to guarantee availability of necessary supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Other responsibilities include general cleaning, light floor care, special event set-up, and managing trash and recyclables effectively.
