As a Housekeeper/Custodian, the individual will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, including emptying trash, vacuuming carpeted areas, spot cleaning stains, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces such as windows, doors, and water fountains. Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to reporting any mechanical issues are essential in this role. - must have general knowledge of proper custodial procedures
Job Duties
- Empty all trash in areas of responsibility
- vacuum all carpeted areas and entryway rugs
- spot clean stains as necessary
- clean all surfaces including water fountains, windows, doors, and wall hangings
- clean and sanitize bathrooms
- report any mechanical failures or damage to maintenance
