Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or janitorial experience in apartments, hotels, or commercial cleaning preferred
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- ability to use cleaning chemicals safely
- reliable and able to work independently
- good communication skills
- bilingual preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments
- cleans hallways and common areas
- prepares apartments for move-in as assigned
- participates in annual cleaning schedules
- utilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely
- informs supervisor of resident issues or concerns
- maintains housekeeping carts and vacuums
- participates in energy awareness programs
- performs other duties as assigned
