The Housekeeper role at Travel + Leisure Co. plays a vital part in supporting general resort operations by ensuring that resort units meet and exceed quality standards. This position involves cleaning various areas within the resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, adhering strictly to housekeeping detail standards. Housekeepers are responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and making beds, all while replenishing essential supplies like kitchenware and toiletries. Additionally, this role requires sorting, counting, folding, marking, and carrying linens while maintaining positive relationships with customers and associates. A key component of the job involves responding effectively to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.
This role demands the ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and follow instructions accurately in a fast-paced environment.
