Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
  • vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
  • make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
  • sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
  • maintain positive customer and associate relationships
  • respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • handle guest issues to resolution to improve guest satisfaction
