Job Requirements
- responsible and high level of integrity

- able to lift and move up to 75 pounds occasionally
- availability to work varying shifts including weekends
- ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs regularly
- ability to work in varied environments including outside conditions and moderate noise levels
Job Qualifications
- six months related experience and or training preferred but not required
- ability to read simple two- and three-syllable words
- ability to speak and comprehend simple sentences
- ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
- knowledge of American money, weight, volume, and distance units
- ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions
- exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills
Job Duties
- greet guests with eye contact and sincere greetings
- clean guest rooms, lobbies, corridors, stairways, patios, and parking areas
- replace guest supplies such as drinking glasses and writing materials
- remove soiled linens and make beds with fresh linens
- sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors as needed
- empty and clean wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas
- report any substandard conditions or safety hazards to management
- lock doors and windows when leaving rooms
- use equipment and materials safely while following established procedures
- conduct all duties quietly and orderly respecting guest comfort
