Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to meet health requirements and pass background checks
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, ideally in an independent, assisted, or supportive living setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills with residents, families, staff, and vendors
- Ability to meet health requirements and pass background checks
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Perform daily housekeeping duties in resident rooms and common areas
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility
- Follow all federal, state, and local regulations and facility guidelines
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Executive Director or Maintenance Director
- Support overall facility upkeep to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
