The role offered is for a Cleaning Specialist within one of Greystar's high-rise stabilized properties consisting of 591 units. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday and focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of vacant apartment homes, common areas, leasing offices, and amenities to uphold property standards and enhance resident satisfaction and marketability. The role is integral in ensuring that the property remains in pristine condition by performing daily cleaning tasks and assisting with the make-ready process required to prepare units for new residents. The Cleaning Specialist will work closely with the Service Manager, Community Manager, and Assistant Manager and must maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies. Candidate must be physically capable of performing various manual tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing, lifting weights up to 25 pounds independently or 50 pounds with assistance, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

This position requires a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart around the property and may occasionally involve travel to support other properties or attend training sessions. Flexibility in schedule is required as the role may involve being on call during evenings, weekends, and holidays. The hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 depending on factors such as experience and location.
