Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous housekeeping or custodial experience
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to lift 25-40 lbs and stand for long periods
strong attention to detail
ability to maintain confidentiality
excellent communication skills
reliable and punctual

Previous housekeeping or custodial experience, hospitality or private club experience preferred
strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
ability to work independently and as part of a team
professional appearance and demeanor
ability to lift 25-40 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Clean and maintain all common areas including lounges, dining rooms, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, and event spaces
dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and sanitize surfaces according to club standards
ensure restrooms and member areas are continuously stocked and impeccably maintained
remove trash and recycling promptly and discreetly
perform routine and deep cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis
assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
maintain high-end finishes, furnishings, and fixtures with care
report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns promptly
follow detailed cleaning checklists and operational protocols
ensure all spaces reflect The Gathering Spot's brand standards
maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor around members and guests
protect member privacy and confidentiality at all times
respond promptly to housekeeping requests from management or members
follow all health and safety guidelines
properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
