With over 100 years of legacy as a family-owned business, Delaware North is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing rewarding career opportunities for its team members. Their longstanding presence and commitment to excellence make them one of the most respected employers in the hospitality industry worldwide. The company is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees regardless of race, gender, age, or background.

Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite, operated by Delaware North, is a prestigious 4-diamond resort located just outside the south entrance to Yosemite National Park in Fish Camp, California. This mountain lodge offers guests a unique blend of modern amenities and natural beauty, inviting visitors to enjoy a variety of outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, fishing, biking, rock climbing, camping, and horseback riding. The resort includes the Waybound community, which features modern cabins and cottages offering a quieter, more private experience without sacrificing access to the lodge’s amenities. Tenaya Lodge is known not only for its breathtaking surroundings and exceptional guest services but also for its vibrant, supportive work culture. It draws a passionate team that thrives in this iconic location where the outdoors meets luxury hospitality.

The Full-Time and Seasonal Housekeeper position at Tenaya Lodge offers a fantastic opportunity to join this reputable organization and contribute to providing an outstanding guest experience. Housekeepers at Tenaya Lodge play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, and restrooms to uphold the resort’s high standards. The utility of the position extends beyond routine cleaning—housekeepers also interact with guests, assist with special cleaning requests, report any maintenance issues, handle lost and found items, and ensure all work areas and linen rooms are orderly and well-stocked.

This role pays between $18.74 and $19.00 per hour and includes impressive benefits for full-time, year-round employees, such as health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, and access to guest recreational activities. Seasonal employees may also be eligible for a $500 season completion bonus and commuter bonuses based on mileage.

Housekeepers at Tenaya Lodge are required to have excellent stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting weights up to 50 pounds and using various cleaning tools and equipment. The job provides a structured, supportive training program and potential paths for career growth within Delaware North, including transfer opportunities to other company locations nationwide. With shift availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, candidates should be flexible to work varied schedules. This is an excellent entry-level position suitable for individuals with limited or no previous housekeeping experience who are eager to start a career in hospitality in one of the most stunning natural settings in the United States.
