The company fosters a supportive work environment with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, providing equal opportunities irrespective of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or sexual orientation.

Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite, operated by Delaware North, is a 4-diamond resort located just outside the south entrance to Yosemite National Park in Fish Camp, California. Surrounded by majestic granite peaks and beautiful trees, this mountain resort serves as a year-round playground for outdoor enthusiasts. Guests can enjoy a wide range of activities such as hiking, fishing, biking, rock climbing, camping, and horseback riding. The resort also features Waybound, a collection of modern cabins and cottages offering private, retreat-style stays with full access to resort amenities.

The Housekeeper position at Tenaya Lodge is a vital role that ensures the cleanliness and upkeep of the resort’s facilities to maintain high standards and enhance guest satisfaction. Individuals in this role are responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing public areas, guest rooms, restrooms, and meeting spaces. Interaction with guests is occasional but essential to provide a welcoming atmosphere.

This opportunity is open to both seasonal and full-time team members, with hourly pay ranging from $18.74 to $19.00. Seasonal employees who work through January 5, 2027, are eligible for a $500 season completion bonus. Additionally, a commuter bonus is available, offering $10 per day for commutes over 35 miles and $20 per day for commutes over 50 miles. The position includes shifts during days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed, providing flexible scheduling options suitable for diverse lifestyles.

Tenaya Lodge offers low-cost dormitory-style housing for $90 per week, including utilities and Wi-Fi, making it easier for employees relocating or living locally to enjoy comfortable accommodations. The property’s prime location near Yosemite National Park and other outdoor attractions makes it an exceptional place for nature lovers and adventure seekers to work.

Full-time, year-round employees benefit from a wide array of comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with company match; paid vacation days and holidays; paid parental bonding leave; tuition or professional certification reimbursement; weekly pay; free shift meals; employee discounts on food, beverages, and retail; and access to guest recreation equipment and activities. The company also invests in employee development through training programs and offers opportunities for internal mobility, including potential work assignments at other Delaware North locations nationwide.

At Tenaya Lodge, team members become part of a vibrant community characterized by hospitality rooted deeply in the great outdoors. The role of Housekeeper not only contributes to maintaining the resort’s reputation for excellence but also provides a rewarding environment where employees can thrive personally and professionally.
