This full-time, temporary Housekeeper role is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across resort units. The position primarily involves cleaning and sanitizing sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, ensuring that every area reflects the exceptional quality the brand promises. Attention to detail is crucial, as this role includes replenishing supplies like kitchenware and toiletries, managing linens, and maintaining a positive relationship with guests and associates alike.

The Housekeeper supports resort operations by adhering strictly to housekeeping detail standards and effectively responding to guest inquiries and concerns. Through diligent care and excellent communication, the Housekeeper contributes significantly to creating memorable experiences for guests. Physical stamina is necessary to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, vacuuming, dusting, and making beds. Additionally, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team denotes the professional standards expected in this role.

Compensation for the Housekeeper position generally ranges from $29.90 to $39.87 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, education, skills, and work location. While the position is temporary, associates working 30 or more hours weekly are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
