Job Description
The Housekeeper position, reporting to the Executive Director, is responsible for ensuring that the facility is well-maintained, clean, safe, operational, and visually appealing to meet the satisfaction of members. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and overall cleaning of the facility to cater to members' needs, maintaining various surfaces, restocking supplies, and reporting any building issues.
Job Requirements
- Six months or more of housekeeping experience
- knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- basic maintenance understanding is advantageous
- physical strength and agility for essential tasks
- ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- competent in using equipment and chemicals following guidelines
- adept at identifying and addressing safety concerns
- capable of handling challenging individuals with composure and courtesy.
