- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- familiar with safe operation of cleaning equipment such as vacuums and spray bottles
- must have a positive criminal background screening
- able to adhere to company drug-free workplace policy

- familiar with safe operation of cleaning equipment such as vacuums and spray bottles
- knowledgeable in safe use of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- positive criminal background screening
- able to adhere to company drug-free workplace policy
- preferred minimum one year housekeeping experience
Job Duties
- Clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in using company checklist
- report any problem areas to housekeeping supervisor
- clean occupied, respite, and guest apartments as scheduled using company checklist
- report any problem areas to housekeeping supervisor
- detail clean halls and common areas as scheduled or when requested
- keep inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure adequate supply
- report items needed to housekeeping supervisor
- keep laundry rooms and housekeeping/linen rooms clean and organized
- clean lint from dryer lint traps daily and area behind washer and dryer equipment weekly
- perform other duties as assigned
