Allegro Living is currently looking to hire a Full-Time Housekeeper for Allegro Parkland, located in Parkland, FL. This position offers a competitive pay range of $14.50 to $15.00 per hour and is part of a day shift schedule with rotating weekends as needed.   • familiar with safe operation of cleaning equipment such as vacuums and spray bottles
  • must have a positive criminal background screening
  • able to adhere to company drug-free workplace policy

Job Duties

  • Clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in using company checklist
  • report any problem areas to housekeeping supervisor
  • clean occupied, respite, and guest apartments as scheduled using company checklist
  • report any problem areas to housekeeping supervisor
  • detail clean halls and common areas as scheduled or when requested
  • keep inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure adequate supply
  • report items needed to housekeeping supervisor
  • keep laundry rooms and housekeeping/linen rooms clean and organized
  • clean lint from dryer lint traps daily and area behind washer and dryer equipment weekly
  • perform other duties as assigned
