Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk throughout most of the workday
- Ability to frequently push, pull, bend, twist, and reach
- Sufficient manual dexterity to handle cleaning tools and supplies
- Ability to perform light to heavy physical activity during daily tasks
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and reliability
Job Duties
- Engaging and getting to know residents by building relationships and understanding their needs
- Courteous and professional interactions with residents, families, employees, and visitors
- Weekly cleaning of resident apartments, common areas, and offices according to schedule
- Deep cleaning of resident apartments and common areas as scheduled
- Maintaining housekeeping carts and closets in a neat and organized manner
- Promptly reporting any safety or equipment concerns to the supervisor
