Job Duties

  • clean resort units including sleeping quarters kitchens bathrooms and living rooms
  • maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
  • vacuum dust and sanitize bathrooms kitchens and lobbies
  • make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
  • sort count fold mark or carry linens
  • maintain positive customer and associate relationships
  • respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
