Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks including lifting heavy items, bending, and standing for long periods
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- strong attention to detail and consistency
- ability to work independently and efficiently
- comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- weekend and holiday availability preferred
Job Duties
- clean and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to brand standards
- change linens, make beds, restock amenities, and maintain in-room supplies
- clean and maintain public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces
- report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly
- follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols
- support laundry operations as needed
- uphold a warm, professional, guest-focused demeanor at all times
