Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties and lift heavy objects
- excellent interpersonal skills
- commitment to providing excellent guest service
- ability to follow instructions and hotel procedures consistently
Job Qualifications
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills

- ability to handle physical tasks such as bending lifting and standing for long periods
- reliability and punctuality
- willingness to follow safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- keep an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
- report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC
- maintain security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
- report lost and found articles to your supervisor
- respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
- uphold high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort
