We are currently hiring Housekeepers to join our dedicated team. This role is key to maintaining the cleanliness and overall quality of our guest rooms, directly impacting guest satisfaction and hotel reputation. As a Housekeeper at Concord, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms efficiently and according to established hotel standards and procedures. The job involves maintaining an organized and well-stocked linen cart, reporting maintenance issues within rooms, handling lost and found articles responsibly, and responding promptly and courteously to guest requests. You must be committed to safety, sanitation, and service excellence while working independently or cooperatively within a team.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks and lift or carry supplies or equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Commitment to safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards
- Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and orderly
- Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems
- Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you
- Report lost and found articles to your supervisor
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
