Currently, Concord Hospitality is hiring Housekeepers who play an essential role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Housekeeper position involves cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms promptly and in an organized manner while strictly adhering to hotel procedures and standards. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a neat and well-stocked linen cart, reporting any maintenance issues within the rooms such as fixtures, locks, televisions, or HVAC systems, and ensuring the security of assigned equipment, keys, and supplies. The role requires responding to guest requests with a friendly and timely approach and reporting any lost and found items to supervisors. This role impacts guest satisfaction significantly by ensuring hotel rooms are immaculate and welcoming. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift or carry supplies or equipment
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to safety sanitation and guest service standards

Job Duties

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • keep an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and orderly
  • report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions or HVAC systems
  • maintain security of equipment keys and supplies issued to you
  • report lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
