Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to respond to guest requests
  • Ability to handle housekeeping equipment and supplies safely
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hotel standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience in hotels preferred
  • Ability to follow hotel standards and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Friendly and responsive to guest requests
  • Ability to maintain security of equipment and supplies

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
  • Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
  • Maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
  • Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
