The role of Housekeeper at Concord Hospitality plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Job Requirements

  • prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
  • ability to stand and perform physical duties for extended periods
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures

Job Duties

  • cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • keep an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
  • report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
  • maintain security of equipment key and supplies issued
  • report lost and found articles to supervisor
  • respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
