We are currently seeking Housekeepers to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms, directly impacting guest satisfaction and their likelihood to return. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, adhering strictly to hotel procedures and standards. Your role includes maintaining an orderly and well-stocked linen cart, reporting any maintenance needs within the rooms, ensuring the security of equipment and supplies, and responding promptly and courteously to guest requests. This position requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety, sanitation, and guest service standards. It is ideal for individuals who value teamwork, have strong organizational skills, and are physically capable of performing cleaning tasks and handling supplies.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift or carry heavy supplies
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • keep an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and orderly
  • report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions or HVAC systems
  • maintain security of equipment keys and supplies issued to you
  • report lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
