We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The Housekeeper role at Concord Hospitality is vital in ensuring that guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or related hospitality roles
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to hotel safety and cleanliness policies
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift or carry supplies or equipment

Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and orderly
- Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems
- Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued
- Report lost and found articles to supervisor
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
