We are currently seeking dedicated Housekeepers to join our team. As a Housekeeper at Concord Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. The responsibilities include cleaning and servicing assigned rooms efficiently while adhering to the highest hotel standards and procedures. You will be tasked with keeping linen carts well organized and stocked, reporting any maintenance or repair needs within guest rooms, and maintaining the security of all equipment, supplies, and keys issued. Timely and friendly responses to guest requests are essential to this position, ensuring superior guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift carry supplies or equipment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to safety sanitation and guest service standards

Job Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift carry supplies or equipment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to safety sanitation and guest service standards

Job Duties

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • Keep an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and orderly
  • Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions or HVAC systems
  • Maintain security of equipment keys and supplies issued to you
  • Report lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
