Currently, Concord Hospitality is hiring Housekeepers to join their dynamic teams. This role is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort standards of the hotel’s guest rooms, ensuring that each visitor’s stay is flawless and memorable. The housekeeper’s responsibilities include thoroughly cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms promptly and systematically, adhering strictly to the hotel's procedures and standards. Maintaining an organized and well-stocked linen cart is also crucial to the role, guaranteeing efficiency throughout the shift.

In addition to cleaning duties, housekeepers are entrusted with reporting any issues within guest rooms such as malfunctioning fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems promptly to management for corrective action. The role demands vigilance in maintaining the security of issued equipment, keys, and supplies to prevent loss or theft. Additionally, housekeepers handle lost and found articles responsibly, ensuring they are reported and managed in accordance with hotel policies. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
  • ability to follow hotel cleaning procedures and safety standards
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting bending and standing for long periods
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and security of hotel property

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
  • ability to follow instructions and hotel cleaning standards
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
  • report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
  • maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
  • reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
