Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- ability to follow hotel cleaning procedures and safety standards
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting bending and standing for long periods
- reliable and punctual
- ability to maintain confidentiality and security of hotel property
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
- ability to follow instructions and hotel cleaning standards
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods
Job Duties
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
- report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
- maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
- reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
- respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
