We are currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. This full-time position involves cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to uphold the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that Concord Hospitality is known for. Housekeepers play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a positive and comfortable stay by preparing rooms in a timely and organized manner. The responsibilities include managing linen carts efficiently, promptly reporting maintenance issues, securing hotel equipment, and responding swiftly to guest requests. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, sanitation, and guest service standards, along with physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and carry supplies.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to follow hotel procedures and standards
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards
- Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and orderly
- Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems
- Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you
- Report lost and found articles to your supervisor
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
