We are currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. This full-time position involves cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to uphold the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that Concord Hospitality is known for. Housekeepers play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a positive and comfortable stay by preparing rooms in a timely and organized manner. The responsibilities include managing linen carts efficiently, promptly reporting maintenance issues, securing hotel equipment, and responding swiftly to guest requests. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, sanitation, and guest service standards, along with physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and carry supplies.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Strong communication skills
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to follow hotel procedures and standards
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift or carry supplies or equipment
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Commitment to safety, sanitation, and guest service standards

Job Duties

Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards
Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and orderly
Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems
Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you
Report lost and found articles to your supervisor
Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
