Concord Hospitality is currently hiring Housekeepers who will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall guest experience at their hotels. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms promptly and efficiently according to company standards. The housekeeping position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to identify and report maintenance issues such as problems with door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems. Housekeepers will maintain their linen carts to be neat and well-stocked, ensure the security of equipment and supplies, and respond courteously to guest requests to enhance the guest experience. The role also involves reporting lost and found articles and maintaining safety and sanitation standards throughout daily tasks.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift or carry supplies or equipment
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- keep an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and orderly
- report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions or HVAC systems
- maintain security of equipment keys and supplies issued
- report lost and found articles to supervisor
- respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
- maintain safety sanitation and guest service standards
