Concord Hospitality is currently seeking dedicated Housekeepers who play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and hotel facilities. This position is full-time and offers competitive wages along with a robust benefits package. Housekeepers are essential in ensuring that guests have an outstanding stay by providing clean, well-maintained rooms that meet hotel standards. The role involves cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms promptly and efficiently, maintaining organized linen carts, and reporting any maintenance issues or lost and found items to supervisors. Housekeepers must uphold the security of their equipment, keys, and supplies issued by the hotel. This position requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and demands a strong commitment to safety, sanitation, and guest service standards.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting carrying and moving supplies
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to follow instructions and hotel procedures
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift or carry supplies or equipment

Job Duties

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • keep an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and orderly
  • report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions or HVAC systems
  • maintain security of equipment keys and supplies issued to you
  • report lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
