We are currently hiring Housekeepers to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is essential to maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that Concord Hospitality is known for. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms efficiently and thoroughly, ensuring that every room meets the high standards of the hotel. You will maintain the linen cart, keeping it neat, well-stocked, and orderly, which is crucial to the smooth operation of daily tasks. Additionally, you will be expected to report any maintenance issues found in guest rooms such as malfunctioning fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems promptly, helping to sustain the quality and comfort of the accommodations.
Security is a key element of this role, requiring careful management of all equipment, keys, and supplies entrusted to you. You will also be responsible for reporting any lost and found articles to your supervisor, demonstrating integrity and attention to detail. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift or carry supplies or equipment
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- commitment to safety sanitation and guest service standards

Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- keep an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and orderly
- report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions or HVAC systems
- maintain security of equipment keys and supplies issued to you
- report lost and found articles to your supervisor
- respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
