Additionally, responding promptly and courteously to guest requests and effectively communicating with your supervisor about lost and found items are key components of this position.

Job Duties

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • keep an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and orderly
  • report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions or HVAC systems
  • maintain security of equipment keys and supplies issued to you
  • report lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
