We are currently seeking motivated Housekeepers to join our team. As a Housekeeper at Concord Hospitality, you will play an integral role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest satisfaction in our hotels. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms efficiently while adhering to the hotel’s stringent standards and procedures. You will be expected to organize and maintain an orderly linen cart, report maintenance issues such as faulty fixtures or malfunctioning equipment, and safeguard all equipment, keys, and supplies entrusted to you.

Moreover, you will be tasked with promptly reporting lost and found items and responding to guest requests with professionalism and friendliness to enhance their stay. This role requires a strong attention to detail, physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, and a commitment to upholding safety and sanitation standards. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
