We are currently seeking motivated Housekeepers to join our team. As a Housekeeper at Concord Hospitality, you will play an integral role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest satisfaction in our hotels. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms efficiently while adhering to the hotel’s stringent standards and procedures. You will be expected to organize and maintain an orderly linen cart, report maintenance issues such as faulty fixtures or malfunctioning equipment, and safeguard all equipment, keys, and supplies entrusted to you.

Moreover, you will be tasked with promptly reporting lost and found items and responding to guest requests with professionalism and friendliness to enhance their stay. This role requires a strong attention to detail, physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, and a commitment to upholding safety and sanitation standards. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift carry supplies or equipment
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • keep an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and orderly
  • report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions or HVAC systems
  • maintain security of equipment keys and supplies issued to you
  • report lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
