Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year housekeeping experience in a hotel setting
  • Ability to follow established cleaning procedures and hotel standards
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly linen cart
  • Attention to detail for reporting maintenance issues
  • Good communication skills to respond to guest requests
  • Ability to maintain security of equipment keys and supplies
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is preferred

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
  • Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
  • Maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
  • Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
