Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year housekeeping experience in a hotel setting
- Ability to follow established cleaning procedures and hotel standards
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly linen cart
- Attention to detail for reporting maintenance issues
- Good communication skills to respond to guest requests
- Ability to maintain security of equipment keys and supplies
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is preferred
Job Duties
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
- Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
- Maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
- Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
- Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
