We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Housekeepers to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring that our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. As a Housekeeper at Concord Hospitality, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms efficiently and in accordance with hotel standards and procedures. Your tasks will include maintaining an organized linen cart that is well-stocked and orderly, promptly reporting any maintenance issues such as faulty fixtures or malfunctioning equipment like door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems. Furthermore, you will be entrusted with maintaining the security of your equipment, keys, and cleaning supplies. Customer service is also a key component of this role, as you will need to respond to guest requests courteously and promptly, helping to ensure a positive guest experience.

This full-time position offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $18.35 to $22.00, reflecting the company’s commitment to competitively compensating its employees.
