Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned guest rooms
- Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Replace used linens and towels with fresh items
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Ensure guest rooms are stocked with necessary amenities
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and Hyatt housekeeping standards
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests upon request
