We are currently seeking an experienced and engaging Room Attendant to join our dedicated housekeeping team. As a Housekeeper / Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest satisfaction within the guest rooms assigned to you. Your responsibilities will directly impact the guests' experience, as well-kept rooms contribute significantly to their enjoyment and impression of the resort. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who takes pride in their work, demonstrates excellent attention to detail, and possesses a strong dedication to outstanding customer service. Previous cleaning and customer service experience is preferred, though not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. This position requires availability on weekends and holidays to support the resort’s operational needs.   • Must have a flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Must have a flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned guest rooms
  • Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Replace used linens and towels with fresh items
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
  • Ensure guest rooms are stocked with necessary amenities
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and Hyatt housekeeping standards
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to guests upon request
