Job Requirements

  • Availability to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
  • Flexibility to work between 8:00 AM and 11:30 PM
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cleaning experience
  • Physical ability to handle cleaning tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Strong desire to satisfy guest needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms thoroughly and efficiently
  • Ensure all rooms are equipped with necessary amenities
  • Communicate effectively with guests to meet their needs
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns in guest rooms
  • Follow all hotel hygiene and safety standards
  • Manage time effectively to complete tasks within assigned shifts
  • Assist colleagues and support team efforts
