Job Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Physically able to perform housekeeping tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior cleaning experience required as training is provided
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning processes accurately
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers professionally
- Physically capable of performing housekeeping tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Clean homes following our established standards and system
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
- Communicate professionally and positively with customers
- Perform physical cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Maintain all cleaning supplies provided by the company
- Manage time effectively to meet daily cleaning schedules
- Report any issues or special client requests to management
