We are currently looking for a talented Residential Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the pristine condition of our residential units, office space, and public areas. The Residential Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met consistently throughout the facility, contributing to the overall well-being of our residents. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.00, reflecting our commitment to valuing and rewarding our employees for their important contributions. As a Residential Housekeeper, you will be involved in using various cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment safely according to prescribed guidelines, performing routine cleaning tasks as well as special duties that may involve resident-specific requests. The role demands attention to detail, safety awareness, and a proactive approach to reporting any maintenance or safety concerns. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
Ability to pass background checks including fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, and employment references
Ability to comply with vaccination status inquiries as required by the facility
Ability to work scheduled shifts as assigned

Job Qualifications

Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
Knowledge of cleaning practices and use of cleaning equipment
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Ability to follow safety guidelines
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Clean scheduled residential units and/or office space and public areas in a proper and professional manner
Maintain public and common areas of the facility in a safe, orderly and sanitary condition
Identify and report the need for repairs and unsafe conditions and respond appropriately in emergencies
Use cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely and per instructions
Perform special tasks which may be chargeable to the resident upon instruction of the supervisor
Clean interior and exterior windows on a scheduled basis
Use carpet-cleaning equipment and perform carpet care as instructed
Make and/or change resident beds as scheduled
