Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in housekeeping or environmental services
  • Ability to use various cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment safely and effectively
  • Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), and perform repetitive motions for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, dining rooms, and restrooms
  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms/apartments, ensuring privacy and respect for personal belongings
  • Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors and surfaces to maintain cleanliness
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces as needed
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas
  • Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
  • Adhere to strict health, safety, and infection control policies and procedures
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to management promptly
  • Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, visitors, and staff
