Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift, carry, push, pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Basic math and reading skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Clean and stock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and Kleenex in public and employee restrooms and showers
- Clean glass in public and employee areas
- Clean floor surfaces in public or employee spaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Dust surfaces in assigned areas
- Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns in public areas into proper containers
- Clean floors, hand out pool towels, and rearrange chairs as needed
- Replenish towels and disinfecting wipes in locker rooms and fitness centers, remove dirty towels
- Report any engineering work orders in the public areas
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
