The Housekeeping & Light Maintenance Associate role at Luther Ridge is a part-time position, guaranteeing 12 hours per week. This role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the living environment for the residents. The Associate will be responsible for performing routine housekeeping duties such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing in resident apartments, common areas, and shared spaces. In addition to housekeeping, the role includes light maintenance responsibilities, including minor repairs and basic upkeep to ensure the facility remains in good condition. The Associate will assist with room turnovers and prepare spaces for new residents, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
