Now hiring for the Housekeeper position at Club Wyndham Clearwater Beach Resort. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the resort's quality standards and ensuring that guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere.

The Housekeeper's responsibilities encompass cleaning various resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms. Attention to detail and adherence to housekeeping detail standards are pivotal, ensuring that all areas are sanitized, dusted, vacuumed, and orderly. This includes making beds, replenishing supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries, and managing linens by sorting, counting, folding, marking, or carrying them as needed.

Beyond the physical housekeeping duties, you will serve as a vital touchpoint for guest satisfaction, responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns, resolving issues to enhance the overall guest experience. An important aspect of this position is fostering positive relationships with guests and associates, promoting a friendly and cooperative work environment.

Job Duties

  • Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
  • adhere to housekeeping detail standards

  • make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
  • sort, count, fold, mark or carry linens
  • respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
