The Housekeeper's responsibilities encompass cleaning various resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms. Attention to detail and adherence to housekeeping detail standards are pivotal, ensuring that all areas are sanitized, dusted, vacuumed, and orderly. This includes making beds, replenishing supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries, and managing linens by sorting, counting, folding, marking, or carrying them as needed.

Beyond the physical housekeeping duties, you will serve as a vital touchpoint for guest satisfaction, responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns, resolving issues to enhance the overall guest experience.
